Cash ISA
Anyone who is resident in the UK for tax purposes can do so. You must be 16 or over to hold a Cash ISA - or 18 or over to hold a Stocks & Shares ISA. ISAs can’t be held in joint names - but couples can each hold an ISA separately in their own name.
Deposit Accounts
Treasurers deposit accounts are available for clubs, charities and associations, and Company Deposit accounts for corporate bodies and limited companies. For lump-sum, fixed-term investments of £50,000 or more, we can also offer Time Deposits.
Incomeplus - Monthly Income
If you would like to receive interest monthly, and have £3,000 or more to invest, Scottish Building Society offers Incomeplus.
Junior ISA
You can open a JiSA for any amount, from as little as £1. Simply complete a JiSA application form and take it to any Scottish Building Society branch or agency with your opening amount.

Scotplus - 90 Day Notice
With £500 or more, you can open a Scotplus account, which offers attractive interest rates, and you enjoy even more interest on larger balances. Withdrawals are available if you give 90 days' notice or immediately if your remaining balance is £10,000 or more.
