Current Account

A joint account is simply an account in the name of two or more people. You can either convert your existing account into a joint account by adding another person to it, or open a new account in two people’s names.

-Joint accounts can be convenient for sharing outgoings such as shopping, household bills, mortgage or rent payments, or even budgeting for a holiday with a joint saving account.
-With a joint current account you’ll both get your own VISA debit card, as well as a chequebook (if the current account comes with a cheque book), so you can pay for things and take out cash.

-You can still keep your own current account and open an additional Lloyds TSB joint account, and move money between the two accounts easily.
