-Mobile Phone Insurance:Worldwide cover for loss, theft, accidental damage, breakdown and unauthorised calls.
-Sentinel® Card Protection: Help if your credit, debit or store cards are lost/stolen. One membership covers everyone in your household.

-£100 interest and fee-free planned overdraft:Subject to application and approval. How much they lend is subject to their assessment of your circumstances. You must be 18 or over. Overdrafts are repayable in full on demand.
-A Visa debit card:Use in over 500,000 places in the UK and 27 million outlets worldwide.**
-Overdraft buffer:£10 overdraft buffer. No overdraft fees or interest to pay if you go overdrawn (either planned or unplanned) by £10 or less. This £10 buffer is in addition to the interest and fee-free overdraft as part of your Gold Account.
-Grace period if you go over your limit: Pay in enough money before 3.30pm (UK time) to avoid any overdraft fees you may incur that day. The money needs to be immediately available to use, so you could transfer money from another personal account you have with them via Internet Banking or Telephone Banking or pay in cash over the counter in branch.
-Internet and Telephone Banking: Secure services where you can do everything from checking balances and payments to transferring money, and a whole lot more.
