If you are over 11 years of age, you can open and operate the account in your name provided your Parent, Guardian, Grandparent or other Responsible Adult agrees. If you are under 11, the account can be opened in your name and operated by your Parent, Guardian, Grandparent or other Responsible Adult. When you have reached 11, you can then operate the account if your Parent, Guardian, Grandparent or other Responsible Adult agrees.
