-To open a smile cash ISA you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over
-Once annual ISA limit has been deposited, no further deposits can be made regardless of any withdrawals.
-The Co-operative Bank reserves the right to decline any application

You can withdraw as much of your cash ISA as you like, without any interest penalties. It's also worth remembering that the ISA limit means you can deposit up to £5,760 in the 2013/14 tax year, so you might not be able to replace any funds you take out in the same tax year.

-electronically - you can transfer cash electronically from another bank account
-cash - you can pay in cash via any branch of The Co-operative Bank
cheques - you can pay in cheques at any UK Post Office using the special envelopes we provide or at any branch of The Co-operative Bank. You can also post it to us in an envelope along with a paying in slip to: smile, FREEPOST NEA 14877, Northampton, NN4 7BR. Remember to jot your sort code and account number on the back of each cheque. You can also pay cheques into some other UK bank's branches, although they may charge you for this.

>Easy-peasy. Here's what you need to do:
-Open your smile cash ISA
-Once we have opened your account we’ll send a transfer form to you, just complete, sign and return it to us at the address we provide and we'll arrange for the transfer to be completed
-After your existing provider has transferred your funds, the money should be sitting pretty in your new smile cash -ISA in about 4 working days. The HM Revenue & Customs rules mean this transfer process should be completed within 15 days.
